On-Site Visit
We will meet at your property to review your ideas and any inspirational photos you provide to help define your ideal space.

Design Plan Presentation
We create 2D plans following your on-site visit and deliver them within two weeks. Depending on the complexity, a design fee may apply, which will be agreed upon in advance. We present these designs in person or via web conference. Two revisions are complimentary; subsequent revisions are billed at an hourly rate.

Final Design & Material Selection
Once the design is approved, we will meet to determine your budget range and select materials. We will provide a final budget within 48 hours.

Approval and Agreement
Optional 3D renderings are available for an additional cost to help you visualize your material selections. Once the design is finalized, we will provide a contract. A 15% deposit is required upon signing, with an additional 45% due on the project start date.

Installation
On the start date, we will have all materials on-site and adhere to the agreed schedule, weather permitting. We will check in at the project’s midpoint to ensure you approve of any necessary changes. A milestone payment of 25% is collected when the project is 80% complete. -
Final Walkthrough
Once your outdoor space is ready, we will conduct a final walkthrough to show you how to use your new amenities and discuss material warranties. The final 15% payment will be collected at this time.
