On-Site Visit
We’ll meet with you at your property, review any inspirational photos you have provided, and discuss your ideas for your ideal space.

Design Plan Presentation
We create 2D plans with your approval at the end of your on-site visit for $400 to $800 and deliver them within one week. We present the designs face-to-face or over Zoom and can modify the plans based on your feedback. Two revisions are complimentary, but there is an hourly fee for subsequent revisions.

Final Design & Material Selection
After the design is approved, we’ll meet with you to determine your budget range and to select materials. Within 48 hours, we can determine a final budget.

Design Approval and Agreement Signing
If you want to visualize the design with your selection of materials, we can create an optional 3D design for $1,600. After the design is approved, we will provide a contract for you to sign and collect a 50% deposit with an additional 30% due on the start date.

Installation and Work
When we show up on the start date, we will have the materials on-site and adhere to our agreed schedule, weather permitting. We check in with you at the project's midpoint and always ensure that you approve of any changes.

Final Walkthrough
It’s time to enjoy your new outdoor space! We’ll collect the final 20% due, show you how to use things like your new grill or firepit, and talk to you about warranties on the materials and outdoor living amenities we’ve installed.
